The Faculty of computing and informatics in Collaboration with the Students Information and Computing Association (SICA), under the theme “Embedded Systems: Skills for supporting the future of Business”. announced its first annual Faculty science and Technology innovation day.

The event will take place on April 5th 2024 from 11:00am – 5:00pn. Students will exhibit their innovations conceived during the years of their study. We thank the Management of the Faculty and students who are making this day a success. The digitalization committee chaired by Dr. John Paul Kasse worked tirelessly to make students obtain skills that will help them apply in the business world. The tireless support rendered by the Faculty Dean, Assoc. Prof Sonny Nyeko has enabled the skilling of students in this field possible. The SICA president Mr. Gibson and the Faculty Registra , Mrs. Pamella have been devoting unmeasurable efforts to make this day a success. The Faculty therefore thanks and invites staff, students and other stakeholders to be part of this amazing day, where the faculty will showcase the young brains’ skills and expertise.
