A. 2022 Grants
1. Dr. Abbey Mutumba, Dr. Denis Male, Prof. Musa Moya, Dr. Samali V. Mlay and Gift Arnold Mugisha (2022). Development of Freza, a nanotechnology-based preservation solution for shelf life extension of fruits and vegetables for the local farmer, retailer and vendor in Uganda. Obtained a grant of UGX 98,000,000 from Makerere Research and Innovation Fund.
2. Prof. Joseph K. Bada and Royal Holloway University in London (2022). Obtained a grant of UGX 240,000,000 from Grand Challenges Canada for a project titled, “Fostering digital learning environment for adolescent reproductive health education”. Read more……
