The Faculty of Computing and Informatics eagerly participated in the MUBASA festival that took place on Saturday 13 th  January 2024, taking the second position after MUBS Jinja Campus. The Sports competition was a vigorous one attracting different Faculties and upcountry campuses to participate in the sports activities. The event started off with a marathon that had the Faculty of computing taking the second position, along with other activities like football, volley ball, basketball, Ludo, 4×4 Rilly, among others. The Event that ended with the celebration at the Library parking grounds had musians like Alien Skin, Vinka and Comedian Okello Okello. The event was attended by the Principal who awarded the Participants. With the Faculty of Computing taking the second position admist the 13 teams that took part in the competition.
