Tiko Joy Harriet is a dynamic person whose life is focused on education, leadership, and a profound Passion of technology. She earned a degree in Business Computing and later learned she loved mentoring and educating others. while working as a Teaching Assistant at MUBS. Tiko advocates for accessible technical education, especially for girls, and works to build inclusive learning environments through motivating her students. She held the position of president of the Student ICT Association (SICA), demonstrating her dedication to education outside of the classroom. To encourage technological innovation and improve students’ technical abilities, Tiko worked with SICA to organize workshops, seminars, and competitions. She cultivates a group of young technologists who are enthusiastic about using technology to alter society. Tiko regularly looks for chances to increase her expertise and keep up with the continuously evolving tech industry. Tiko Joy Harriet, a respected leader in both sectors who is dedicated to bridging the technology and education divide, is passionate about empowering people and paving the way for a better future for all.

Tiko Joy Harriet engages with the MUBS Entreprenuership Innovation and Incubation Center to provide mentorship and business consulting services to startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). She actively connects with the community, particularly young females in Universities,secondary and primary schools, by teaching them basic IT skills and programming, giving leadership training, and empowering chances for personal and professional advancement.
